It is almost fair time again.
The 63rd annual Berkeley County Youth Fair will be starting before we know it. It is because of
contributors like you that the Berkeley County Youth Fair continues to be successful. Once again we are
asking for your support by being an advertiser or a contributor in the 63rd Fair Book of Events.
The youth organizations are designed to provide hands-on and career oriented opportunities for youth.
Approximately 600 youth from Berkeley County representing the 4-H Clubs, the FFA, the FCCLA, the Boy
Scouts, the Girl Scouts, and the Girls’ and Boys’ Club will be exhibiting their work at the fair this year. This
year we are offering printed advertisement as well as contributors pages for various levels of contribution. Please
find below details for the two different advertising opportunities.
Printed Advertisement:
Included with
this letter is a sample catalog page showing the sizes and prices of the ad spaces available. All advertisers
will need to return their black and white, camera ready advertising copy with this form as well as payment (we can
not make changes to any ads - the ads must be ready to print). Another option is to email your
ad in .pdf file format to me directly at dawnt@toast.net, however your payment must be received prior to ad being printed.
Please complete the attached form and indicate that you have emailed your ad and return with payment. There has been a slight increase in the ad prices.
Contributions:
Several pages have been set aside to list those patrons
that send in contributions. There are several levels of contributions. Please be sure
to state how you would like your name to appear on the contributor’s page and return with payment.
