The 2025 Berkeley County Youth Fair Book Ad Contest!
Any member of 4-H, FFA, FCCLA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, or the Boys and Girls Club is eligible to participate. The theme for the 2025 is:
“Stars, Stripes & Youth Fair Nights”
When you are finished, your design must meet the required full page ad size and must be in the proper format (.pdf). Below is information you will need when creating your entry:
Creating the Full Page Ad:
- Launch and use any creative computer program which can be converted to .pdf format (required for printer)
- Set final page size to measure 4.75” wide x 7.75” tall
- Art should be colorful and bright (no trademark characters or logos may be used)
- Ensure all information (listed below) is included on your ad
- Save your files as .pdf
- Email your entry to faircatalog@berkeleycountyyouthfair.org
- Theme: Stars, Stripes & Youth Fair Nights
- Dates: August 2 – August 9, 2025
Include the following with your Cover Entry Submission:

- Club or Chapter
- School
- Phone Number(s)
- Email Address
