Submit a Request
Fill out the rental request form with your event details, preferred dates, and venue. Our facility coordinator will review and respond.

Confirm & Pay
Once your reservation is approved, complete payment online via the secure payment link. Your date is held until paid.

Rental FAQ

★How do I check what's available?
Use the four calendars on this page. Red dates are booked — green dates are available. Multiple venues can be available on the same day, so check each calendar separately if you're flexible on location.
★Can I book online directly?
Not exactly — you submit a rental request, and our facility coordinator confirms it before the date is held. After confirmation, you complete payment via the online payment link. This protects against double-bookings.
★How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is better — popular dates fill quickly, especially weekends and during fair week. We recommend submitting your request at least 30 days ahead.
★What does the rental include?
Each venue includes use of the space, basic amenities, and access to the fairgrounds. Specific inclusions (tables, chairs, A/V, etc.) vary by venue. Confirm with the coordinator when you submit your request.
★Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, but cancellation policies depend on how close the event is. Contact the office as soon as possible if your plans change.
