WHY THESE PROGRAMS MATTER

A first ribbon. A first chance.

Pee Wee and Bright Stars are about access, not competition. They open the show ring to kids who might never enter a livestock project on their own — younger siblings, first-time visitors, students with special needs. Every participant goes home with a ribbon. Every senior mentor gets the chance to teach what they've learned. And every spectator sees what BCYF is really about.
" The purpose of this show is to give the kids an opportunity to have hands-on experience of showing a goat.
