Certificate of Liability Insurance due
Email your $500,000 minimum certificate to [email protected] with BCYF listed as additional insured.

★ SETUP DAY 1
Friday, 10 AM – 1 PM
First setup window. Times can be negotiated. 1 PM Saturday Aug 1 through 4 PM is the second setup window.

Saturday after 10 PM
Or Sunday Aug 9, 10 AM – 12 noon. After noon Sunday, the area is no longer secured by BCYF.
KEY RULES
What every vendor needs to know
!
WV Business License required. Send a copy with your application. Inspectors will verify on-site.
!
Sales tax is your responsibility. Vendors collect and remit WV sales tax for all sales.
!
Sell within your space. No display or demonstrations outside your assigned area without prior approval.
!
Tables & chairs not provided. Bring your own — table rentals are no longer offered.
!
No refunds within 30 days of fair opening. After July 1, 2026, all sales final.
!
Family-friendly products only. No weapons, fireworks, drug paraphernalia, or offensive items. BCYF reserves the right to remove items.
!
Entertainment vendors are subject to a 15% commission on gross receipts. BCYF determines classification.
!
BCYF is not responsible for accidents, lost, damaged, or stolen items. Insure your own equipment.
